Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our Executive team and lead our Company's operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an exceptional leader, and an expert in the Document Management industry. As the COO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Company's future and driving our mission forward.

Experience: 20 years & above

Age: 45 years & above

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Graduate/ Post Graduate, preferred with logistics background.

  2. Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the Document Management industry or a related field.

  3. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  5. Accountable for P & L of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for all aspects of the Company's operations, including Digitization, Billing, Cash Flow Management, Workflow Management and Project Management.

  2. Business Strategy: Collaborate with the MD & CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute the company's overall business strategy, ensuring alignment with our long-term goals.

  3. Team Management: Lead, mentor and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.

  4. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize processes and workflows across the organization, with a focus on efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.

  5. Financial Management: Drive financial performance by developing and monitoring budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing revenue generation.

  6. Technology Innovation: Stay updated of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within our Document Management solutions.

  7. Client Engagement: Collaborate with the Marketing Teams to understand client needs and ensure the delivery of exceptional services and solutions.

  8. Risk Management: Develop and implement Risk Management Strategies to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.

  9. Vendor Management: Optimise cost and manage the performance of vendors. Experience of presenting and attending board meetings.
