Royallinks is a leading construction and real estate company based in HSR Layout, Bangalore. We specialize in providing quality construction services and residential/commercial real estate solutions. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable property or project recommendations.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups with clients through calls, messages, and emails.
  • Coordinate with the field sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth client visits and closures.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with client details, status, and follow-up actions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related areas).
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
