Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will handle lead generation, engage with potential customers, and support the sales team to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The role also involves contributing to customer satisfaction through clear communication and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills and Proficiency in Kannada, Tamil , Hindi and Marathi languages.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and work collaboratively
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
