Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer communications, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires proactive engagement with potential clients, building relationships, and converting leads into sales. The Inside Sales Specialist will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the education technology industry is a plus
- Excellent communication in english
