About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven 
Inside Sales Specialist
 to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Generate, nurture, and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and present appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Update CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for seamless lead management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development (B2B/B2C).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google sheets.
