Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru South. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, maintaining effective communication with prospective clients, identifying customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with teams to deliver seamless client service and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present products and services effectively.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and a focus on ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through empathy and understanding of customer needs.
  • Experience in using CRM tools and proficiency in data-driven decision-making is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a sales-driven role or a relevant professional background is preferred.
