Role Overview:

This is a full-time Hybrid role for an I
nside Sales Specialist
at Madhu Infotech in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining effective communication, and delivering excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications:

  • Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
  • Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
  • Demonstrated focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Making the company's products and services as attractive as possible to potential customers.
  • Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information.
  • Working closely with other teams and developing new business.
