Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, or walk-ins.
  • Explain product features, offers, and pricing to clients effectively.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with the operations and technical teams for smooth order processing.
  • Maintain daily sales records using spreadsheets or internal tools.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Confident and positive attitude toward achieving targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Ability to learn product specifications and explain them clearly.
  • Freshers are welcome – training will be provided.
  • Experienced candidates in inside sales, retail, or customer service will have an added advantage.
