Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Development Representative, located on-site in Gurugram. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for executing inside sales strategies, generating leads, and developing new business opportunities. Daily tasks include engaging with prospects, scheduling meetings, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to optimize the sales pipeline. The role requires proactive outreach, excellent communication skills, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Sales skills
- Lead Generation and Business Development skills
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
- Familiarity with the B2B SAAS industry is a plus
