Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of gym equipment sales across India to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Improve customer satisfaction throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle by ensuring prompt and solution-oriented service.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries and a seamless customer experience.
- Provide regular and accurate reports to senior management on:
- Sales performance
- Stock levels
- Customer issues
- Operational bottlenecks
- Team productivity
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives and drive high-quality leads to the sales pipeline.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a solution-oriented approach in all client interactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of daily MIS reports for the sales team.
- Monitor and improve internal processes to streamline workflow and boost overall team performance.
