Field Sales Executive

Job Purpose:
To generate new business opportunities and drive revenue through B2B and B2C sales in assigned territories. The role involves field visits, client meetings, coordination for quotations/designs, and ensuring end-to-end closure of sales.
Key Responsibilities:
A. B2B Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities with corporate clients, builders, architects, schools, colleges, and sports academies.
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential B2B clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for design proposals, quotations, and project timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Negotiate terms of sale, prepare proposals, and ensure timely order closure.
- Track ongoing projects and ensure smooth execution through regular client coordination.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
B. B2C Sales Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with individual customers, property owners, and sports enthusiasts for product and installation sales.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Share product catalogs, explain features, and assist customers in product selection.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, or referrals.
- Maintain post-sale customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights for product/service improvement.
Additional Duties:
- Prepare and submit daily field visit and sales reports.
- Update CRM/lead tracker regularly with status and next actions.
- Coordinate with procurement, design, and installation teams for smooth project delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and approval processes.
Requirements:
- Education:
 Bachelor's degree (any discipline, MBA preferred).
- Experience:
 1–4 years in field sales (preferably in construction, sports infrastructure, or related industries).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in English and Telugu (Hindi is an advantage).
- Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.
