We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Sales Field Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the
solar energy industry
and a strong ability to identify leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy market.
- Visit potential and existing customers to present company products and solutions.
- Generate and follow up on leads to close sales.
- Conduct site assessments and coordinate with the technical team for quotations and proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and product innovations.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (engineering, marketing, and customer support).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in
field sales
, preferably in
solar or renewable energy
. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of solar systems and energy products.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
