Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site role
for a
Sales and Marketing Specialist
, based in
Vijayawada
. The specialist will play a key role in promoting the company's IT solutions and educational technology programs to
schools, colleges, and training institutes
.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies focused on educational institutions and corporate clients
  • Identifying and engaging potential schools, colleges, and partners for STEM labs and workshops
  • Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations for management and faculty
  • Managing sales accounts, building long-term relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Organizing and promoting workshops on emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Robotics, etc.)
  • Training and mentoring junior team members to enhance performance
  • Analyzing market trends and developing strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align marketing and technical objectives

Qualifications

  • Strong
    communication and customer service
    skills to build lasting client relationships
  • Proven experience in
    sales and account management
    , preferably in the
    education or IT sector
  • Ability to design and execute marketing campaigns
    targeting schools and colleges
  • Experience in
    training, counseling, or workshop coordination
    is a plus
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to
    analyze market trends
    and make data-driven decisions
  • Team player with strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field
    preferred
  • Familiarity with
    STEM education, IoT, Robotics, or technology-based learning programs
    will be an advantage
