The Role

We're looking for a Paid Marketing Specialist who will be a key member of our marketing team, focusing on driving growth through paid channels for different businesses. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create, manage and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms to achieve performance marketing goals.

This position is perfect for someone who has a strong background in managing multiple paid campaigns across different kinds of businesses, thrives on data-driven decision making, and wants to play a significant role in contributing to the Human+AI model for integrating advanced marketing automation and AI-driven insights into the business to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What You'll Do

• Create, Manage, and Optimize Campaigns: Handle end-to-end management of performance marketing campaigns across various paid channels, ensuring the best use of budget to drive qualified leads and conversions.
• Analyze Performance Metrics: Monitor key KPIs (click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per lead, etc.) and implement strategies to improve campaign performance.
• Develop and Execute A/B Tests: Plan and execute A/B testing strategies on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to optimize and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure messaging alignment and effective communication of value propositions.
• Build and Evolve Human+AI Model: Integrate AI-driven tools and models to enhance campaign management, automate routine tasks, and deliver data-driven insights for improved performance and efficiency.
• Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and implement strategies that leverage new tools and platforms to stay ahead of the competition.

What We're Looking For

• 1-4 years of experience in managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and industries/businesses.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign management platforms.
• Ability to create compelling content hooks and work with designers to develop impactful ad creatives.
• Familiarity with using AI tools and technologies.
• Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous optimisation.
• Experience with A/B testing and a solid understanding of attribution models is a bonus.
• Proven track record of driving successful digital campaigns and achieving key marketing objectives of ROAS and others is a bonus
