Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive with 3–4 years of
experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM management. The ideal candidate will
possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience executing marketing
and sales initiatives that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing and sales campaigns across multiple channels
- Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and outreach efforts
- Manage leads, pipelines, and performance tracking using CRM tools
- Follow up on leads, conduct regular touchpoints, and maintain accurate customer data
- Prepare reports on campaign performance, conversion metrics, and ROI
- Identify new business development opportunities and contribute to client acquisition strategies
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in marketing and/or sales roles
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with email marketing tools, campaign tracking, and basic design software
- Strong interpersonal, client communication, and presentation abilities
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300, ₹450,000.00 per year
