Job Title: Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves prospecting, presenting product/service solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

2. Sales & Client Management

  • Present and promote products or services to potential customers.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and sales presentations.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and follow up for payments.

3. Relationship Building

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

4. Market Research

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve company offerings and sales strategies.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/software.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
