Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ghaziabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing customer accounts, overseeing the sales process, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include identifying new business opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies. We are looking for a Sales Manager who can drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and position Shree SS Coworking as the preferred workspace solution in the market. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses find the right workspace solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new leads through networking, partnerships, and digital platforms.
- Conduct tours, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and drive inbound leads.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights for business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales and Client Relationship Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in negotiating, closing deals, and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools and LinkedIn for lead generation.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
- Customer-focused with excellent service skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the coworking space industry is a plus
