Role & responsibilities

Logistics Executive:

1) Customer service & stakeholder management understand & bridge the demand supply gaps, order management, loss tree analysis interaction with CFAs & Distribution analyze & resolve any service related issues interaction with central planning & senior sales management teams.

2) Coordinating with TT/CSD sales team & help them in improving fill rates by minimizing logistics related issues, customer load drop analysis & questioning.

3) Inventory control should have a proper understanding & experience of working on SAP & good Knowledge of WMS should be able to track & help the CFAs in cycle counts & maintain inventory hygiene in the system.

4) CFA infrastructure should have a basic understanding about the product & infra quality management, Health & safety aspects & HR aspects for the labor working at the CFAs Experience in interacting with 3LPAs & should be able to help them develop on the Quality Management systems & SOPs.

5) On – time in-Full – OTIF analysis for IT customers to support CRS process & tracking the on-time service.

6) Basic understanding of CFAs to customers logistics operations, W/H infra, Process controls & freight-out components.

7) Understanding and experience of managing Freight budget, We vendor negotiation and benchmarking Warehousing cost etc.

Skill-Set:

1) Preferably an MBA in operation with 3 – 5 Years of experience in FMCG/logistics industry.

2) Job profile involves a lot of stakeholder management, must be good with understanding the issues on ground & must be good with written & spoken English.

3) Must be skilled with MS Excel & Power Point.

4) Goodanalyticalskills.
