Requirements

Botanic Healthcare is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Executive / Officer to manage end-to-end logistics operations including raw material procurement, finished goods dispatch, warehouse coordination, and transportation. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in domestic and export logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical, herbal, or FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily logistics operations between Nacharam (corporate) and Choutuppal (factory).
  • Handle inbound and outbound logistics, including dispatch of finished goods and receipt of raw materials.
  • Manage transport bookings, scheduling, and tracking of shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare and verify all necessary documentation: invoices, delivery challans, E-way bills, GRNs, and export-related documents (if applicable).
  • Liaise with transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams for smooth execution of logistics activities.
  • Optimize logistics costs and suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and dispatch details.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, customs (for exports), and other applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate with production, QA, and purchase teams to align dispatch and delivery schedules.
  • Resolve issues related to delays, transit damages, shortages, or logistics discrepancies.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Logistics, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2–7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in pharma, herbal, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and logistics tools.
  • Familiarity with local and national transportation regulations and vendors.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred:
  • Experience handling logistics in a manufacturing setup (herbal/pharma preferred).
  • Knowledge of international shipping documentation and INCOTERMS (for export logistics).
  • Experience coordinating with CHA and freight forwarders (for export cases)
