Job Description:
We are looking for Executive Mobility Sales to drive driver sourcing, lead generation, and sales conversions. The role involves identifying potential drivers, generating new leads, conducting cold calls, and managing referral sales programs. You will maintain driver databases, build strong relationships for retention, and ensure consistent follow-ups to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new leads and qualified drivers.
- Conduct cold calling and generate leads via multiple channels.
- Convert leads into successful closures.
- Build and maintain strong driver relationships.
- Manage and grow referral sales.
- Maintain and update driver databases.
- Follow up with customers, drivers, and partners to ensure closures.
Key Skills:
- Communication & negotiation skills
- Sales follow-up and relationship management
- Strong coordination and lead tracking
- Basic MS Excel & MS Office skills
Qualification: Graduation (preferred)
Experience: 1-2 years in sales, logistics, or mobility sales & operations
