Role: HR Executive
Location: Remote (Office option available)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month

- Has 1–2+ years of HR or recruitment experience

- Can schedule interviews without delay
- Can build a reliable team from scratch
- Can work productively from home
- Communicates clearly & handles operations responsibly
Responsibilities
- End-to-end hiring for multiple roles
- Screening and shortlisting candidates
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with the founder
- Creating hiring systems & processes
- Maintaining recruitment data
- Building a strong and reliable internal team
- Taking full ownership of HR operations
Growth Path
This role can grow into:
- Senior HR
- HR Manager
- Head of HR
depending on performance and experience (especially 5+ years).
