Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager, based in Ludhiana. The HR Manager will oversee and manage the overall provision of human resource services, policies, and programs. Daily responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, handling compensation and benefits, managing performance appraisals, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The HR Manager will work closely with department heads to develop policies and strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Engagement, Training, and Development practices
  • Understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Leadership and team management abilities, including coaching and mentoring
  • Critical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in HR software and data management systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications (e.g., SHRM or PHR) are a plus
