Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Executive located in Ludhiana. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and overseeing human resources functions. Day-to-day tasks will include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
  • Knowledge in Human Resources (HR)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
