Job Summary

The HR & Administration professional will manage employee-related HR functions along with overall administrative responsibilities. The role will include handling facility management, security, and canteen administration to ensure a safe, efficient, and employee-friendly workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management of the facility
  • Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance – PF, ESI.
  • Coordinate training, performance appraisals, and employee engagement activities.

Administration:

  • Facility Administration: Ensure upkeep of office / workplace infrastructure, housekeeping, vendor management, and asset tracking.
  • Security Administration: Oversee security operations, access control, CCTV monitoring, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Canteen Administration: Manage cafeteria operations, monitor food quality, hygiene, vendor performance, and employee satisfaction.
  • Handle transport/logistics arrangements for employees if required.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for smooth functioning.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance regulations within premises.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in HR & Administration (Manufacturing/Corporate setup preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and administrative operations.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
