Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ludhiana for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting new customers, managing customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role includes regular field visits to meet potential and existing customers and to understand and assess their needs. Additionally, the Field Sales Executive will gather market intelligence, provide feedback to the management, and collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly field sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proficiency in conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Capability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of the petroleum industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
