Sr. Sales Executive

- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within Government and PSU clients.
- Understand client requirements related to IT Infrastructure—networking, servers, storage, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, etc.
- Manage end-to-end tendering activities: E-tender portal monitoring, RFP/RFQ analysis, bid preparation, and documentation.
- Coordinate with OEMs and internal technical teams for solution design and commercial proposals.
- Maintain relationships with key decision-makers in Government departments and PSUs.
- Track upcoming government projects, empanelment's, and procurement plans.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and presentations as required.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets..
- Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, customer interactions, and project progress
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure and System Integration (Servers, Storage, Networking, Security, Cloud).
- Familiarity with Government tendering procedures (GeM, NIC, CPP, State e-Procurement).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
