Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – IT / Software Sales

Location: Mohali | Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager / BDM to drive global business development for our IT/software solutions. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional with strong experience in virtual client meetings, international sales, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target global prospects and conduct virtual meetings (Zoom/Teams).
  • Present, negotiate, and close deals with professionalism.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers worldwide.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, supporting them to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and demo teams to align strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and report insights to management.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of proven B2B sales experience (IT/software sales preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience handling global clients and virtual sales cycles.
  • Strong background in IT Sales B2B & B2C (Preferable)
