About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT to drive bulk hiring initiatives for technology roles across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT recruitment, handling high-volume hiring drives, and managing stakeholders while ensuring top-quality talent acquisition in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for large-scale hiring needs (developers, testers, analysts, support engineers, cloud specialists, etc.).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand bulk manpower requirements, workforce planning, and technical skill demands.
  • Drive sourcing strategies via job portals, social media, professional networks (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.), employee referrals, and vendor networks.
  • Organize and lead walk-in drives, campus hiring, and virtual recruitment events to meet bulk IT hiring targets.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit, coordinating with technical interviewers and panels.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of IT professionals for immediate and future requirements.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, quality-of-hire, etc.) to measure success.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, company standards, and data privacy norms.

Pay: ₹300, ₹450,000.00 per year
