Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Team Lead – Talent Acquisition
to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT roles within the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring timely and quality hiring delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets across IT and Non-IT functions.
  • Manage the
    end-to-end recruitment cycle
    — from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop effective
    sourcing strategies
    through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and define recruitment plans.
  • Maintain strong
    stakeholder management
    and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, and offer-to-join ratios.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best hiring practices.
  • Handle bulk and niche hiring for both voice and non-voice processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and maintain candidate database accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience
    in Talent Acquisition, with at least
    2 years in a team lead role
    .
  • Proven experience in
    BPO hiring
    (IT & Non-IT).
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing channels and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume hiring within tight timelines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
