Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Professional to join our growing organization. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring seamless HR operations, maintaining compliance, and fostering a healthy work culture.

This role requires a proactive and people-oriented professional capable of independently handling multiple HR domains — including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, policy formulation, and strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Ø Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Ø Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR operations or similar roles.

Ø In-depth knowledge of HR practices, Indian labour laws, and statutory compliance.

Ø Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ø Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HRMS tools.

Ø High degree of professional integrity, confidentiality, and analytical ability.

Ø Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities with a results-driven mindset.
