Job Summary- Sr. HR Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sr. HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and compliance. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that HR functions run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.
  • HR Operations:
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
  • Maintain a database of training schedules and attendance records.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Assist managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
  • Policy Development and Compliance:
  • Contribute to the creation and revision of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the organization complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • General Administration:
  • Coordinate employee welfare activities, such as events and celebrations.
  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹16, ₹44,281.98 per month
