Job description Company name - Me n Moms Pvt.Ltd.Position - Sr. HR ExecutiveReports to HR ManagerLocation - Santacruz East , MumbaiWebsite - We are looking for a HR Executive candidate with maximum experience in the recruitment space and some experience in the Operations space with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.Job Responsibility• The Role includes 70% recruitment and 30% operations role.• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.• Post JDs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.Qualification and Experience• Graduation degree or equivalent• Experience in driving process improvement.• Minimum of two years of sales experience.Skills:• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and sales applications.• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Working Days andTimings• Monday to Saturday• 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM• 2 nd and 4 th Saturdays off
