Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective B2B clients.
Clearly articulate and sell our project-based concepts to key decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Schedule and conduct professional online presentations to showcase our solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in a project-based environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi is essential.
Proficiency in Bengali is a significant advantage.
A confident and professional demeanor for conducting online presentations.
Bachelor's degree is required.
