Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Manager to lead IXO's inside sales efforts. This role will be critical in building predictable pipelines, driving revenue growth, and expanding IXO's footprint in international markets. You will play a pivotal role in aligning sales motions to our AI/analytics positioning, managing a high performing inside sales team, and ensuring seamless collaboration with marketing and delivery leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Pipeline Generation
o Design and execute outreach strategies for enterprise accounts in target verticals
o Drive outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads to build strong, multi-country pipelines.
o Align inside sales playbooks to IXO's core solutions
- Team Leadership & Enablement
o Recruit, coach, and mentor inside sales representatives; build a performance-driven culture.
o Develop structured cadences, messaging frameworks, and enablement content tailored to CXOs, digital leaders, and analytics buyers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Partner with Marketing on campaigns, thought-leadership, and lead-nurturing workflows.
o Work closely with Delivery teams to ensure smooth lead-to-engagement handoffs.
o Share prospect insights and market feedback to refine IXO's GTM strategy.
- Data-Driven Sales Execution
o Leverage CRM and sales automation tools to track, optimize, and forecast pipeline.
o Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on conversion metrics, win ratios, and account penetration.
The Right Candidate Will
- 6–10 years of inside sales experience in B2B technology/consulting, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven success in selling high-value/consulting-led solutions to enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of AI/analytics space
- Experience in targeting global markets.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and modern prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical, metrics-driven mindset with a passion for scaling sales functions
