Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection).
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
  • Conduct reference checks and issue offer/appointment letters.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Address employee queries and grievances effectively.
  • Maintain healthy workplace culture and open communication channels.

3. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.).
  • Process payroll inputs and ensure timely salary disbursement in coordination with accounts.
  • Draft and issue HR letters (confirmation, transfers, warnings, relieving, etc.).

4. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee exit formalities and full & final settlements.

5. Performance Management & Training

  • Support in implementation of performance appraisal systems (KRA/KPI).
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Track probation reviews and performance improvement plans.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS preferred).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (for Executive role).

  • Female candidate Preferable
