Role Overview
We're looking for a high-performing Sales executive to drive revenue growth, manage the sales funnel end-to-end, and help onboard brands across India. This role comes with an exciting opportunity to lead and build a regional sales team as MEask expands nationally.
You'll be responsible for:
Field visits across Pune for lead generation & business acquisition
Pitching & closing deals with local outlets (cafes, salons, retail, F&B, etc.)
Regular follow-ups & relationship management
Ensuring smooth customer onboarding & handling
Driving growth through real-time offers & gamified discounts
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: ₹15,000/month
Travel Allowance: ₹4,000/month
Communication Reimbursement: ₹1,000/month
Quarterly Incentives: Up to ₹40,000
Yearly Performance Bonus: Up to ₹60,000

What We're Looking For:
Strong communication & persuasion skills (Marathi, Hindi, English preferred)
Freshers & candidates with 0–2 years of sales experience welcome
Comfortable with field sales, client interaction & follow-ups
