The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling day-to-day operations independently. Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration and routine operational tasks
Maintain employee records, onboarding documentation, and leave tracking
Handle employee reimbursements, travel bookings, and expense submissions
Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and training sessions
Support internal communication, document handling, and HR coordination
Assist with invoice processing, payment tracking, and vendor follow-ups
Prepare internal reports, letters, and communications as needed
Oversee logistics related to office supplies, subscriptions, and remote/hybrid support

Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Experience in handling HR coordination, office logistics, and vendor communication
Knowledge of basic expense tracking and invoice processing
Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment
Reliable, professional, and trustworthy with confidential information
