Job Title: Administrative Head

  • The ideal candidate will oversee all administrative functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Responsibilities include managing the administrative team, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and overseeing facilities management and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Oversight: Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures, monitor administrative projects, and ensure timely completion.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and manage the administrative team, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback.
  • Budget Management: Monitor expenses, suggest cost-saving initiatives, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters, coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations, and prepare regular reports and presentations on administrative metrics and KPIs.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, develop and implement risk management strategies, and maintain records and documentation in accordance with organizational requirements.
  • Company Expansion: Support company growth and expansion initiatives through effective administrative strategies, coordinate administrative support for new projects, offices, or business ventures, and collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless expansion activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience as an Administration Manager, Administrative Services Manager, or similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures and operations management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
