Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources and Office Administration professional to lead our human resources and office administration functions.
Main Responsibilities:- Employee Lifecycle Management – Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
- Office Operations – Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities, supplies, and IT systems.
- Compliance and Governance – Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Training and Development – Identify training needs and provide opportunities for employees to enhance their skills.
- Recruitment and Selection – Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers.
- Attendance and Leave – Monitor attendance, manage leave requests, and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Employee Relations – Foster positive employee relationships, resolve conflicts, and promote a healthy work environment.
- Performance Management – Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in HR and Admin roles, preferably in manufacturing, railways, automotive, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
