Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, couriers, and deliveries efficiently.
- Coordinate office floor management and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Assist with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and basic office administration tasks.
- Maintain visitor records and handle general inquiries.
- Collaborate with the HR team for day-to-day office operations.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.

- A professional appearance and friendly, approachable personality are necessary.
