Job Title: Office Management Specialist

About the Role:

  • Manage and coordinate daily office tasks and operations.

  • Foster a productive work environment by maintaining office supplies, managing vendor relationships, and handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee office maintenance, including cleanliness, security, and utilities.
  2. Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  3. Assist with HR functions, such as onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration.
  4. Analyze office expenses and prepare financial reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other software applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
