Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities related to school operations.
  • Oversee requisitions for curriculum support and inventory management within set timelines.
  • Ensure timely updates of student and staff data, circulars, school events, tests, examinations, trips, etc.
  • Establish quality standards for services affecting the domains of School's Teaching & Learning and Safety of the School environment.
  • Create a cooperative school-parent relationship through effective interaction and issue resolution.
  • Resolve day-to-day issues related to external vendors and agencies within stipulated time frames.
  • Present regular MIS reports to the Principal.
  • Plan functional MBWA (Management by walking around) with the Vice-Principal and Principal.
Key Accountabilities
  • Efficiently manage administrative functions and resolve issues within agreed times and dates.
  • Operate logistics, security, housekeeping, and support staff effectively.
  • Manage resources, furniture, tools, equipment, uniforms, and fixtures efficiently.
  • Maintain documentation of staff, students, school circulars, events, test schedules, and trips.
  • Implement ancillary management effectively.
  • Maintain school safety equipment in top condition.
  • Make cost-effective arrangements for training programs, workshops, field trips, SPA, Sports day, Annual concert, or special days.
  • Maintain a cooperative school-community relationship.
  • Resolve day-to-day issues related to external vendors and agencies within stipulated time frames.
