About the Company
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Payroll to join our team in Kanpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll, administration, and operations, along with good Excel skills to support data management and reporting.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll professional to manage payroll processing and administrative functions while coordinating operational activities to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance
- Oversee administrative functions and office management
- Coordinate operational activities to enhance efficiency
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations
- Support HR functions related to employee records and documentation
- Assist in process improvements and operational strategies
- Payroll handle 500 to 800 people
Qualifications
- MBA or BBA with specialization in HR, Operations, or related fields
Required Skills
- Proven experience in payroll, administration, and operations
- Good Excel knowledge for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant HR/payroll software
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling payroll for a large number of employees
