Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Specialist located in Kanpur. The HR Specialist will manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. The role involves developing HR policies, conducting training sessions, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The HR Specialist will also assist in employee engagement initiatives and provide support across various HR functions.

  • Experience in Performance Management and HR Policy Development
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in HR software and maintaining employee records
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the corporate sector is a plus
