We seek a strategic Chief People Operations Officer to drive our people agenda, focusing on talent acquisition and management, employee engagement, compliance, performance optimization, and creating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Management: Developing staffing strategies, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Handling payroll administration, benefits, performance reviews, and exit processes with precision.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to Indian labor laws, PF, POSH, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Employee Engagement: Designing programs to boost morale, motivation, and retention.
  • Performance Management: Overseeing review cycles, goal-setting processes, and career development frameworks.
  • HR Policy Development: Regularly reviewing and updating policies for clarity and compliance.
  • Reporting: Generating HR reports on hiring trends, attrition rates, employee engagement metrics, and workforce analytics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience in India with expertise across major HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management independently.
  • Experience designing and running effective employee engagement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and data analytics for HR reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive matters professionally.
