Vice President Operations

Drive business success as the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer for a leading apparel manufacturing group in Asia. Leverage state-of-the-art in-house manufacturing facilities to meet demanding requirements from top USA and European brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee production control, ensuring timely shipments, AQL compliance, efficiency, and quality control across 6000 machines capacity.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies, including Industrial Engineering (IE) and Planning to boost productivity.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, drive process improvements, and enhance overall performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 28 years of experience in the apparel or garment manufacturing industry with a strong understanding of industrial engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to inspire high-performing teams.
- Able to motivate and lead teams towards strategic goals and drive business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- International work experience at an executive level or similar position.
- Formal education in textile science or engineering, along with background knowledge in Industrial Engineering (IE).
- Experience in managing large-scale operations, driving process improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence.
