Job Title: Human Resources Manager

  • A seasoned professional with expertise in Human Resource Management, payroll, attendance management and operations is required to lead the full spectrum of HR functions.
  • The ideal candidate will bring knowledge in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, driving growth through effective policies and employee engagement initiatives.

The role requires a solid understanding of UAE statutory compliances and the ability to drive performance management systems to foster a culture of accountability, growth and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding and retention strategies.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration and attendance management to ensure accuracy, compliance and timeliness.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement and update HR policies, job descriptions, SOPs and employee handbooks in line with company objectives and UAE labor laws.
  • Performance Management: Manage performance appraisal systems to foster a culture of accountability, growth and continuous improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all UAE statutory requirements including labor laws, visa processing, gratuity settlements and employee welfare regulations.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to management providing insights on organizational design, workforce planning and employee engagement.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Training and Development: Drive HR initiatives related to training, learning & development, employee engagement and succession planning.
  • HR Systems and Reporting: Maintain and enhance HR systems, databases and reporting structures for improved efficiency and decision-making.
