Job Description

As an administrative professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Vendor management, including vendor payments and related MIS.
  • Providing end-to-end administrative support to stores and office, ensuring a delightful customer experience.
  • Maintaining AMC, pest control, service & repair, and overseeing events.
  • Managing travel, inventory, and assets, as well as handling HK/Security/Delivery boys and office assistants.
  • Responsibilities also include procurement, PO, GRN, invoice processing, and recommending cost-saving options.
  • Procuring/renewing admin-related licenses and MIS, and auditing the workplace to ensure hygiene and safety standards.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Williness to travel within and outside Bangalore.
