Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Matunga, Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and timely support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems as required.
- Provide product/service knowledge to customers and guide them through processes as needed.
- Share customer feedback with the team to improve service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of local languages is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathetic, proactive, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
