Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Mumbai. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day customer interactions, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues. They will ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing their needs and concerns. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and adherence to company policies.

- Prior experience in financial services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience
